(BRANT TWP, ON) – On November 11, 2012 at 8:33 pm, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer was conducting a traffic stop on Bruce County Road 3 in Brant Township when an oncoming vehicle pulled out to pass travelling right past the officer’s location. The officer moved off the roadway to avoid being hit, then stopped the car on Bruce County Road 3. 56 year old Michael CUTTS of Walkerton was charged with Fail to slow down and proceed with caution for emergency vehicle.
