(PERTH SOUTH TWP, ON) – Perth County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and members from the OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigation (TTCI) team are currently investigating a two vehicle crash that took place at the intersection of Perth Road 130 and Line 20 northwest of St. Paul’s Station. Officers responded to the collision along with Perth County EMS and Perth South Firefighters at approximately 12:15 p.m..
A silver Toyota Echo travelling southbound on Perth Road 130 collided with a red GMC Sierra pickup truck that was travelling Eastbound on Line 20. An 18 year old female passenger from the Toyota Echo was transported by air ambulance to London Health Sciences Centre – Victoria Hospital with life threatening injuries. Three other occupants from the Toyota were transported to Stratford General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck, a 25 year old male from Hensall was uninjured. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
