(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment is investigating an incident after being called to a Howard Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, November 13, 2014 at approximately 6:56 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen after noticing a suspicious male sitting in a motor vehicle that was parked on the roadway that appeared to be engaged in an indecent act.
The concerned citizen attended outside and confronted the male who then exited his vehicle and subsequently entered a residence.
The Norfolk County OPP is continuing the investigation and is seeking the public’s assistance. If anyone has any information that may assist in this investigation they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
