Shortly after 8:00 a.m. this morning, emergency crews responded to a report of a man lying on the sidewalk on Young Street in Tilbury with vital signs absent. Unfortunately the 69-year-old Tilbury man was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No foul play is suspected. The family has been notified and his name will not be released at this time.
