(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) As a result of the police investigation into the Sunday March 20, 2011 fatality crash on Line 92 South East of Palmerson, the Perth County OPP has charged a female youth from the Harriston area with careless driving.
Investigation revealed that the vehicle driven by the Harriston youth was involved in the crash of the vehicle operated by the deceased, Lyndal Huber (17) of Wellesley. The youth is scheduled to appear in Stratford Court on May 10, 2011 to answer to the charge of careless driving.
