A video was released of two violent criminals beating an immigrant as he screams for someone to call the police. The police did arrive in cruisers with lights and sirens blaring, the attackers did not run, but continued to beat the helpless man on the ground. The video shows these brutal maniacs viciously striking the victim over 30 times with their beating sticks, many of those as the police cruisers were racing toward them.
