On October 20, 2013 at approximately 1:00 a.m. Waterloo Regional Police attended the scene of a single motor vehicle collision on King Street East near Scott Street in Kitchener.
Investigators found the lone male driver had suffered a puncture wound to his torso. He was transported to Grand River Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. An autopsy performed at Hamilton General Hospital confirmed the man died as a result of the puncture wound.
It was determined the victim had been involved in an altercation with two other males near Harold Avenue in Kitchener minutes before the collision. It is believed he was stabbed during the altercation.
The victim has been identified as Anton RADISIC, a 38 year old male from Oakville, Ontario.
Two adult males from Wellesley Township have been arrested in connection to this incident and will be appear in Show Cause court in Kitchener on Monday, October 21, 2013. They will be formally charged with Second Degree Murder.
