Plane Flips At Brantford Airport

(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – Members of the County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to The Brantford Municipal Airport at approximately 6:50 p.m. on 27 April 2016 in response to a flipped over plane.

County of Brant OPP attended the scene along with County of Brant Fire service and County of Brant ambulance Service and found that a single engine Cessna plane had flipped over during landing. The sole occupant and pilot a 47-year-old Mississauga man was transported to local hospital as a precaution but suffered no injuries.

The Transport Safety Board will be conducting the investigation into the incident.
