At approximately 9:10am on Friday September 13, 2013, a lone male entered the Shoppers Drug Mart Pharmacy at 1020 Ottawa St. N. in Kitchener. He passed a note to an employee and claimed to have a gun, however no gun was seen. The male then left with an undisclosed amount of narcotics.
The male is described as White, approximately 30 years, 6’2-6’4, thin build, wearing long sleeve black T-shirt, faded blue jeans, dark boots, black ball cap with writing on the front. Security images are attached to this release.
No injuries were reported in connection with this robbery.
Police are appealing for any information that will help identify this male. Detectives also continue to investigate a similar robbery at this location on August 27, 2013.
