(TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHGATE, ON) – On Saturday, November 22, 2014 at approximately 9:58 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle on Hwy. 10 near Sideroad 220, in the Township of Southgate, to check the sobriety of the driver.
The driver of the vehicle, a 2005 Nissan, was found to have been drinking alcohol.
Philip SCHRAM, 53, of the Township of Southgate, was charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and for having a blood/alcohol content of over 80 milligrams.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, December 11, 2014.
