(GREY COUNTY, ON) – On Sunday, November 22, 2015 at approximately 2:43 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an aggressive driver operating a 2014 Ford F150 pick-up truck on Hwy. 6 in the Municipality of West Grey who then lost control of his vehicle and entered the ditch.
Police arrested the driver at the scene after it was determined that he had been drinking alcohol. He was transported to the Markdale OPP Detachment for breath tests, which he failed.
28-year old Philip Price JENKINS of Orangeville, Ontario was charged with impaired driving and having a blood alcohol content of over 80 milligrams.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on December 17, 2015.
