(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a R.I.D.E. (Reduce Impaired Drivers Everywhere) check at East River Road and Princess Street in the County of Brant on November 28, 2014.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. officers stopped a male driving a black Dodge pickup truck. While the officer was talking to the driver, he could smell the odour of alcohol. The officer gave the driver the Roadside Screening Test, and as a result of the test the male driver was transported to the County of Brant OPP detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.

Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on December 19, 2014 to answer to the charge.
