(TILLSONBURG, ON.) – On November 24, 2014 at approximately 5:27 a.m., Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) members attended to a suspicious vehicle located at the Mac’s Milk Convenience Store on Broadway Street in Tillsonburg.
The vehicle check resulted in the arrest of a male. A warrant was obtained and further investigation led to the seizure of:
Methamphetamine
Cocaine
OxyNeo
OxyContin
The estimated street value of the seized controlled substances is $2,900.
Police have charged 24 year old Peter GUENTHER of Langton, under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act with:
Possession of Schedule II Substance – Cannabis Marihuana – under 30 grams
Possession of a Schedule I Substance – Methamphetamine
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Other Drugs (3 counts)
The male is being held in custody for a bail hearing at the Ontario Supreme Court of Justice in Woodstock.
