(ENGLEHART, ON) – On June 9, 2016 at approximately 4:27 p.m., members of the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were travelling on Highway 560, Milner Township where they approached a single motor vehicle rolled over.
Through investigation, there were two occupants in the vehicle who sustained minor injuries. The 56-year-old driver, Peter FRIEDRICH of Gowganda is charged with Impaired Driving – section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code.
Accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Haileybury on July 26, 2016.
