Peter BOS – Drunk Driving

(CENTRAL HURON, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 29 year old male with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams following a traffic stop early Sunday morning. At approximately 2:15 a.m. on December 1, 2013 a Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a Hyundai Sante Fe sports utility vehicle travelling northbound on Orchard Line near Kitchigami Road. The officer initiated a traffic stop to check on the sobriety of the driver. Upon speaking with the male driver the officer noted the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening test was performed and the driver registered a fail. He was arrested and transported to the Huron OPP Detachment for breath tests. He provided two samples of his breath to a qualified intoxilizer technician; both tests were above the legal limit.

29 year old Peter BOS from Central Huron has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on December 23, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his motor vehicle has been impounded.
