(Ottawa) – The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section has charged a 51 year old Ottawa man following an incident from yesterday in the area of Terry Fox Drive/Walter Baker Place.
On July 1st, 2014 at 9:45pm, Theodore SCHRYER offered money to a male youth, under the age of 16, for sexual services.
Ottawa Police officers were notified of the incident, located and arrested the man a short time later. During the arrest, officers also located a small amount of cocaine on his person.
Theodore SCHRYER has been charged with;
Invitation to Sexual Touching a person under 16 years of age
Possession of a Schedule 1 Substance.
SCHRYER is described as a white male, 5’7†(180cm), thin build with blonde hair and blue eyes. He will appear in court today.
