On Friday January 9th, 2015, at approximately 10:30 a.m. a male was observed committing an indecent act in
the parking lot of 135 Gateway Park Drive, Kitchener. The driver of the vehicle was observed having no pants on. He is described as white, 30-40 years old, having red facial hair and was the lone occupant of the vehicle. The vehicle is described as a light colored sedan with an unknown license plate.
