Pervert Alert – Nicholas Strand – Child Pornography

(VILLAGE OF FINCH, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit (CSEU) assisted by the Technological Crime Unit and the Stormont Dundas Glengarry (SDG) OPP Detachment have arrested and charged a Finch man following a child pornography investigation.

On January 25, 2017, members arrested and charged Nicholas Strand, age 29 years, of Finch Ontario with two counts of Possession of Child Pornography and one count of Making Available Child Pornography.

The accused has been held in custody pending a bail hearing on January 30, 2017, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.

The investigation is continuing.
