(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment is investigating an incident after being called to a Windham Street, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at approximately 5:11 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned member of the public after a suspicious male operating a motor vehicle stopped on the roadway as a female was walking down the sidewalk on Windham Street.
The driver of the vehicle attempted to engage in a conversation with the female asking her to get into his vehicle. The male was told “no†at which time he exposed himself and then drove away.
The suspect is being described as male, white, early to late 20’s, clean shaven, wearing a baseball hat.
The vehicle is described as smaller white 4 door pick-up truck.
The Norfolk County OPP is continuing the investigation and is seeking the public’s assistance. If anyone has any information that may assist in identifying the suspect or vehicle involved with this investigation they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
