(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On June 28, 2016 at approximately 8:30 a.m. members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police received a report of an indecent act occurrence that happened on Highland Road near McTavish Street in Fergus, Centre Wellington Township.
Police learned that at approximately 6:15 a.m. a female was walking her dog when she observed a silver Volkswagon Jetta drive by her, then a few minutes later the same vehicle pulled up beside her with the passenger window down. The male driver asked her how to get to Highway 6. When the victim stepped off the curb and bent down to speak with the male thru the window she noticed that he was exposing himself and she walked away.
The vehicle is described as:
A silver Volkswagon Jetta, possibly with dark tint in the rear window that is peeling and looks similar to a dark circle.
The male suspect appears to be in his early 20’s with an olive complexion.
The investigation is still ongoing.
