(ORILLIA, ON) – The Orillia Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) and the Orillia OPP Crime Unit is currently investigating a report of an Indecent Act. The incident was reported to police on August 13th; however the incident occurred on Friday August 12, 2016.
The complainant reports that at approximately 5:30 p.m., she was walking on Grace Avenue near the Trillium Manor in the city of Orillia. She was approached by a man driving a red car. The car slowed and the driver asked if she wanted a ride. The complainant declined and continued walking but was confronted a second time, again the woman said no and continued walking. The complainant noticed the same car parked on the street near Orma Drive. As she walked by the vehicle, the male driver exposed himself to the woman and made a leud comment.
The male suspect is described as heavy set with a medium-dark complexion, approx. 35-40 years of age, dark hair and a bushy beard. He was wearing red shorts.
The vehicle is described as a red sedan with a loud exhaust when idling.
