(WALKERTON, ON) – On June 26, 2015 at 1:16 p.m., the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a trespass incident from a residence in the area of Thomas Street in Walkerton. Officers arrived to find that occupants of the home had caught a man looking in their window the previous night.
The investigation culminated on July 16, 2015 with an arrest. Thirty-nine-year old Peter CARTER of Brockton has been charged with 2 counts of trespass by night and 1 count of voyeurism. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 17, 2015 to answer to the charges.
