(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Thursday October 31, 2013 at about 5:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Muskoka EMS were notified that a vehicle had struck a pedestrian on Main St at Brunel Rd in Huntsville.
A small grey Plymouth was traveling down Brunel making the left hand turn on Brunel at the same time a female pedestrian was crossing the road, when she was struck. A 51 year old female was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. A 17 year old male from Huntsville was issued a provincial offences notice for Fail to Yield to Pedestrian under the Highway Traffic Act.
