On January 15th, 2016, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a 62 year old Kitchener male was crossing Westmount Road at Highland Road, Kitchener in the pedestrian cross walk. He was struck by a vehicle driven by a 75 year old Kitchener male and sustained minor injuries. He was taken to Grand River Hospital by Emergency Medical Services after being assisted by several witnesses. Traffic Services investigated the collision and charged the driver with Fail to Yield to Pedestrian.
