(Pembroke, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is continuing to investigate a fatal motor vehicle collision that occurred on Hwy 17 near Lance Road in the Town of Laurentian Hills. The collision was reported at approximately 12:30 pm on the 26th of April 2015.
Investigation indicates that a west bound transport struck an adult male pedestrian on Hwy 17.
OPP Technical Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) assisted with the investigation. The investigation is continuing. P/C David Scott is the investigating officer.
