On Sunday November 30 2014 at approximately 6:23 pm a motor vehicle collision occurred at Erb st West and Erbsville road in the city of Waterloo. A 23 year old Waterloo female was crossing Erb Street at a crosswalk when she was struck by a 2005 Volvo SUV that was being driven by a 70 year old Waterloo male. As a result of the collision the female was transported to hospital with serious injuries, the driver of the vehicle was not injured. Police are still investigating the collision and ask anyone with information in relation to this collision contact the Traffic Branch at 519-653-7700 ext 8856.
