On Saturday November 29, 2014 at approximately 6:11p.m. police responded to a disturbance involving a weapon at a residence on Courtland Ave E Kitchener. A 38 yr old Kitchener female was found in possession of a knife and has been charged with causing a non-life threatening injury to a 41 yr old Kitchener male. The injury was treated by medical staff at a local hospital and the victim was released. Alcohol was a factor in this incident. The female accused has been held for Show Cause, charged with Possession of Weapon Dangerous, Assault with Weapon and Assault Causing Bodily Harm.
