On August 4th, 2014, at approximately 8:00 p.m., Guelph Police responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle at Edinburgh Road and Ironwood Road .
The pedestrian, a Guelph female was transported to the Guelph General Hospital by GWEMS.
The driver of the vehicle, a 19 year old Guelph woman was charged with failing to yield to a pedestrian, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
