(NAPANEE, ON)- On Saturday, January 11th, 2015 at 10:30 p.m. an officer with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police came upon a motor vehicle collision involving three vehicles on Highway 401 westbound near Trenton.
As a result of the police investigation a male was arrested at the scene for impaired operation of a motor vehicle.
Charged with Impaired Driving contrary to the Criminal Code and Careless Driving contrary to the Highway Traffic Act is 55 year-old Pawan KRISHEN of North York.
KRISHEN was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to appear on January 27th in Provincial Court in Napanee.
