(TOWN OF ERIN, ON) -On February 14, 2014 at approximately 8:34 p.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer observed a 2013 Ford traveling at a high rate of speed on Wellington Road 124 near Fourth Line, Town of Erin. The officer obtained a speed of 188 km/h in an 80 km/h zone on stationary radar. The driver’s licence and vehicle were seized for a period of 7 days as per statute.
Pavel TOMASOVSKY age 32 of Guelph is charged with Race a Motor Vehicle contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. He is to appear in Guelph Court on April 2, 2014 to answer to the charge.
