(QUINTE WEST, ON) – On the 27th of July 2013 at approx. 11:30pm, OPP officers located a car on Powerline Road in Murray Ward. Police spoke with the driver and after a brief investigation, 41 year old Paul QUICK of Brighton, was charged with over 80mgs. QUICK was released on a Promise to Appear with a court date in early August 2013.
