Paul PETROV – Intoxicated In Public Place

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment investigated an incident after being called to a Harbour Street, Port Dover, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

On Thursday, July 7, 2016 at approximately 1:45 a.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen reporting a suspicious male.

Through the course of investigation, it was determined that a male was observed lying partially clothed at the end of the Port Dover pier.

As a result of investigation, police located and charged 47-year-old Paul PETROV of Norfolk County, Ontario with being intoxicated in a public place.

He was subsequently issued Provincial Offence Notice.
