(TINY TOWNSHIP, ON) – Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a motor vehicle and investigated the driver on Saturday December 4, 2015 at 6:25 p.m.
The motor vehicle was stopped on Balm Beach road in Tiny Township. During the stop it was determined that the driver had been consuming alcohol. The officer conducted a roadside test. As a result of the investigation, the driver, Paul MACDONALD (68 yrs.) of Tiny Township was arrested and charged with:
Driving While Ability Impaired contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada
Driving with More than 80 mgs. Of Alcohol in 100 ml of blood contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Midland, Ontario on December 17, 2015.
