Paul JOHNSTON – Drunk Driving

(Prince Edward County, ON)—On August 22, 2013 at 1:23a.m., officers from the Ontario Provincial Police—Prince Edward County detachment stopped a motor vehicle on Miller Road in the Ward of Athol. The male driver had been consuming alcohol.

23-year old Paul JOHNSTON of Belleville was charged with the following offences:

Operating While Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Operation With Over 80mgs of Alcohol, contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from custody on a promise to appear and has a court date set for September 04, 2013 in Picton, ON.
