Paul ISAAC – Drunk Driving

(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On December 21, 2015 at 4:10 a.m., a member of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was dispatched to a traffic complaint on Bowes Street in Parry Sound. A male was seen driving erratically and almost hit a person on a bicycle. Police located the vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The officer determined the driver had consumed alcohol.

As a result of the officer’s investigation, Paul ISAAC, 29 years of age from Parry Sound, was arrested and charged with:

Driving while ability Impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol) contrary to the Criminal Code (CC).

Driving with more than the 80 mgs. of alcohol in blood contrary to the CC.

Fail to Comply with Probation Order contrary to the CC X 3 counts.

Drive commercial motor vehicle – no licence contrary to the Highway Traffic Act (HTA)

Novice driver – B.A.C. above zero contrary to the HTA.

The driver was held in custody and will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound to answer to his charges.
