(Selwyn Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched to the Ultimar Gas Station near Fowlers Corners yesterday shortly after 2:30pm.
A citizen recognized that another diver was intoxicated, removed the keys from the suspect’s vehicle and called 911. The intoxicated driver received minor facial abrasions when he fell prior to police arrival. Paul FENTON (age 66) of Burlington, ON was arrested and charged with:

Driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in 100ml of blood
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, ON October 13, 2016.
