(ESPANOLA, ON)- On December 22, 2015, at 2:57 a.m., members from the Espanola Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 17 in the Township of Baldwin, due to a traffic violation.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the male driver was suspended.
Paul DESORMEAUX, 42 years of age, from Espanola, was charged with: Driving while under suspension, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Espanola, on February 11, 2016.
