(Napanee, ON)- This morning at 2:05 a.m., officers with the Napanee detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a report of a truck stuck in the ditch on County Road 8, Town of Greater Napanee.
The driver of the pick-up truck was not injured however he was arrested at the scene for over 80 mgs.
Charged with Over 80 mgs is 45 year-old Paul COISH of Greater Napanee.
He was released on a Promise to Appear and is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Napanee on February 17
