(BALA, ON) – Bracebridge Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducting a RIDE program in front of the LCBO store in Bala on Saturday November 7th, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. located a vehicle being operated by an impaired driver.
Police arrested and charged 47 year-old Paul CATTERALL of Bala with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle CC 253(1)(a), Over 80 CC 253 (1)(b), Driving While Disqualified CC 259(4) X 2, Fail to Comply with Probation CC 733.1(1) and Driving While Under Suspension HTA 53(1). He will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Bracebridge on November 24th, 2015 to answer to his charges. The accused received an immediate 90 day driver’s licence suspension and further had his vehicle towed and impounded.
