(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On September 29th, 2016 at approximately 6:50 a.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report that a motor vehicle was on Beachwood Drive, which was exhibiting signs of impairment.
This vehicle was located by Police who quickly determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol. A further Police check of this individual revealed that his Drivers’ Licence was under suspension and he failed to comply with a probation order he was under.
Charged with “Exceed 80 mgs.” and “Fail to Comply with Probation Order” is Paul CAMBELL 42 years old from Wasaga Beach. Police have further charged the accused with “Driving while under suspension” under the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario. First appearance is October 25, 2016 in Collingwood court.
