(SARNIA, ON) Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a collision on eastbound Highway 402 near the Murphy Road overpass which took place on July 8, 2014 around 8:45 p.m.
Lambton OPP allege that after taking evasive action and avoiding a collision with a Jeep vehicle, the driver of a Ford vehicle struck a guard rail causing the vehicle to rollover.
The driver of the Jeep, Paul BISNETTE 75 years of age from Sarnia, has been charged by Lambton OPP with Careless Driving and Failing to Report an Accident.
No injuries were reported to the driver or passenger of the Ford at the time of the collision.
