Patrick LOOSLEY – Trespass At Night, Theft, Breach, Breach

(INGERSOLL, ON.) – The Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was called to a report of a theft in progress from a vehicle on Elm Street in Ingersoll. Investigation revealed that shortly after 3:30 a.m. on December 31, 2014, a female at the residence observed a male sitting inside her vehicle which was parked in her driveway.

The female went to investigate and discovered the contents of her vehicle had been strewn about inside the vehicle. The male was confronted and after a brief struggle the suspect fled on foot. A detailed description was provided to police.

Police investigation led to the arrest of one male, Patrick LOOSLEY, 23 years old of Ingersoll. He faces the following Criminal Code of Canada charges:

Trespass at Night
Theft Under $5,000 from a Motor Vehicle
Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts)

He was held for a bail hearing at the Woodstock Courthouse on December 31, 2014.
