(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) –The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), County of Brant detachment has charged an 18-year-old male after police were called to investigate an incident at a War Road, County of Brant, Ontario, address.
On Saturday, December 19, 2015 at approximately 11:27 p.m., police responded to the War Road address after being contacted by a concerned resident.
Through investigation it has been determined that a male became involved in a verbal altercation which turned into a physical confrontation with another male and female inside the residence.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 18-year-old Patrick DAVIS of Brant County, Ontario with assault X2, assault with a weapon and uttering threats-cause death or bodily harm.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Brantford at a later date to answer to the charges.
