(Centre Wellington, ON) – On November 23, 2012 at 2:52am, County of Wellington OPP officers had occasion to stop a 1998 Ford pickup truck on Highway 6 south and Wellington St west, Guelph for a Highway traffic Act offence. The male driver showed signs of alcohol consumption, and was administered a Roadside Screening Device test which resulted in a fail.
Patrick Connolly, age 28 of Laird Township has been charged with Over 80mgs, contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on January 8 2013 to answer to the charge.
