(Bancroft, ON) – On the 08 January 2017 in the late evening, officers from the Bancroft Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), while on patrol in the Town of Bancroft observed a motor vehicle traveling without the headlights turned on.
Officers initiated a traffic stop on the motor vehicle and while speaking with the driver they determined that she had been consuming alcohol.
As a result of their investigation, officers have charged Patricia WHITLAW, 47 years of the Town of Bancroft with Driving with over 80mgs Alcohol in 100mls of Blood.
The accused was released on a promise to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on 31 of January, 2017.
