(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Thursday, July 25, 2013 at approximately 11:53 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) issued Provincial Offence Notices to two passengers in a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt vehicle that had stopped at a R.I.D.E. spot check on Grey Rd. 4, Priceville, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Christopher WARD, 29 years, of South Bruce, Ontario and Shae Lynn SELF, 19 years, of Brockton, Ontario were charged with having liquor in an open container in other than licenced premises, residence or private place under the Liquor Licence Act.
