(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On August 11, 2016 at approximately 8:51 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of an unknown male passed out on a picnic table outside a restaurant on Sydenham Street, Flesherton, in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Police arrived and attempted to wake the male who was found to be very intoxicated. As a result, he was transported by ambulance to hospital.
22-year old Conrad Logan RITCHIE of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was issued a Provincial Offence Notice for being intoxicated in a public place under the Liquor Licence Act (LLA).
