(North Glengarry) On 29Aug13, at approximately 4:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a theft on Main St. Alexandria, On.
The investigation revealed that a 48yr old male (Pascal MARTINEAU of Alexandria, On) had removed a number of items form a business without paying for them.
He was arrested and faces a charge of:
