(WASAGA BEACH, ON.) – On November 8th, 2016 at approximately 4:15 p.m., members of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report that a fight had taken place on the property of Worsley Elementary School between two students.
An investigation by Police into this incident revealed that a fight had occurred between two students however a parent of one of these students intervened but instead of deescalating this situation he escalated it by instructing his child to assault the other student.
Charged with “Assault” is a 39 year old male from Wasaga Beach. First appearance is January 10th 2017 in Collingwood court.
