(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County detachment has charged a 52-year-old female after police stopped a motor vehicle at a Cockshutt Road, Townsend, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at approximately 9:10 a.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Cockshutt Road when a vehicle attracted the officer’s attention. The vehicle was subsequently stopped and investigated.
As a result of investigation, police have charged a 52-year-old Mary PANEGYUK-COADY of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit.
She is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
